Worldwide Shipping Shipping PolicyThank you for shopping with Dominion Rods. The following information explains how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Shipping rates within the United States are calculated based on two zones:
- Zone 1: Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
- Zone 2: All other US destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping rates for the applicable zone are displayed at checkout. The carrier and service level used for US orders are selected at the discretion of Dominion Rods to provide the most reliable and cost effective delivery for your shipment.
Free shipping over $1,000 is only applicable to domestic (US) customers on select Dominion products.
International Shipping
We ship to a range of international destinations. Applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout so that there are no surprise charges upon delivery. International transit times vary based on destination and customs processing, and any delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Lithium Battery and Hazmat Shipping
Products containing lithium batteries (including the Dominion E-Rod®) are subject to applicable hazardous materials shipping regulations. Certain shipping methods or international destinations may be restricted. We will use a compliant shipping method for all such products.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or fails to arrive, please contact us at info@dominionrods.com as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging in the event a damage claim needs to be filed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Dominion Rods is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipment of returned packages may incur additional shipping charges.

ELIGIBILITY FOR LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY ONLY COVERS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM A MANUFACTURE DEFECT. DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE PRODUCT BY NON-NORMAL USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY DOMINION RODS IS NOT COVERED.
*A receipt from an Authorized Dominion Rods Retailer is required for all warranty claims.
*This Limited Two Year Warranty will be considered VOID if Dominion Rods determines that (a) product has been subject to repairs not authorized by Dominion Rods, (b) the product has been modified, neglected, improperly maintained, misused, abused, or damaged.
Nontransferable
This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (“Customer”) of the Products. Customer will be required to furnish the original receipt of purchase when filing a claim under this warranty.
BATTERIES & ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
ELIGIBILITY FOR LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY COVERS DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS RESULTING FROM A MANUFACTURE DEFECT.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS BY NON-NORMAL USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY DOMINION RODS IS NOT COVERED.

Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Dominion Rods be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
Warranty Coverage
Dominion Rods warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 2 years or 500 charge cycles whichever comes first from original purchase date. This warranty extends to the original buyer only
Within the period of this warranty, Dominion Rods will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Dominion Rods technician, or at an authorized Dominion Rods service facility.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Dominion Rods except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer:
- Shipping and Handling
- Parts not Covered Under Warranty
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
- To explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
- Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Dominion Rods authorized service technician.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If warranty repairs are to be made at an authorized service center:
The buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to one of the following repair and service facilities:

If the buyer sends the product by U.S. mail, we recommend that the buyer insure it and send it return receipt requested. We accept no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

Upon discovery of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity in the Covered Product, the buyer may choose one of the following options for obtaining warranty service and repairs:

- Replace the Covered Product with goods those are identical or reasonably equivalent to the warranted goods.
- Refund to the buyer the original purchase price less that amount directly attributable to use by the buyer prior to the discovery of the nonconformity.

This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (“Customer”) of the Products. Customer will be required to furnish the original receipt of purchase when filing a claim under this warranty.
Notice to Buyer
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.
The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies to which he or she may be entitled.
