Refund policy

At Dominion Rods, we stand behind every product we build. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your rod under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt. Requests submitted after this window will only be considered under our warranty terms (see below).

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as Dominion Rods is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. For products containing lithium batteries (including the Dominion E-Rod®), it is the buyer's responsibility to follow all applicable shipping guidelines.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded for the full order amount, less the original shipping cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email info@dominionrods.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions specific to your product. Please do not ship items back to us before receiving return authorization.

Warranty Returns

Returns submitted for warranty consideration are reviewed at the sole discretion of Dominion Rods and are subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy. All warranty claims require a receipt from an authorized Dominion Rods retailer and are limited to the original retail buyer. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, water submersion (electrical components), or unauthorized repair.
