If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. Return your Dominion Rod within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Beyond 10 days, returns will only be accepted for exchanges or refund based on our warranty/replacement guidelines. Rest assured that we stand behind our product and will be available to help you. To initiate a return please email us at Info@dominionrods.com with proof of purchase and we will provide return instructions specific to the product you are returning. Once the item is received we will issue the appropriate refund back to your card or method of payment.
